How many letters can I add?
Up to 12 letters including spaces. Longer names are possible — message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you order.
Is the price really all-inclusive?
Yes. The price includes GST and free delivery anywhere in India. Nothing extra is added at checkout.
How long will it take to reach me?
We dispatch within 2 days of your order and shipping takes another 3–5 days — so it reaches you 6–8 days after you place the order.
Can I get two names or a surname?
Yes, as long as the total stays within 12 letters. For ‘The Sharmas’ style family hoops, write to us for a custom quote.
What if I entered the wrong spelling?
Tell us within 12 hours of ordering on WhatsApp and we will correct it before work starts. Once the wire is shaped we cannot change it.
Free delivery across India, included in the price. Your hoop is made to order and dispatched within 2 days; shipping then takes 3–5 days. Overall you receive it 6–8 days after placing the order. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp.
Every hoop is bubble-wrapped inside a rigid box and sealed gift-ready, so you can hand it over exactly as it arrives.
Refund or replacement is offered only if the product arrives damaged.
Damage must be reported immediately when you open the parcel — please record an unboxing video and share clear photos on WhatsApp the same day you receive it. As each piece is personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, spelling entered incorrectly at checkout, or minor handmade variations in colour and size.
