1. Order Processing Time

Most of our Products are Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Dispatched within 2 to 4 working days
  • Includes personalized crochet items and custom name wire art products

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We ship across India using reliable courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier service availability.
  • Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally.

  • International orders are shipped via standard international courier partners.
  • All international shipments are Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
    • This means customs duties and taxes are included in the final shipping charges.
    • Customers will not have to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.
  • The final shipping rate will be clearly visible on the cart and checkout page before payment.

8. Damaged Products During Transit

If a product is received in damaged condition (however this is rare of the rarest case as we have successfully delivered more than 1200 handmade iteams across the india and our customer are happy with our products):

  • We take full care of product while dispatching, however if you received damanged product, please inform us immediately, submit photos and after verification, we will offer refund or replacement.
  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
